House Rules


  1. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please inform reception 1 day prior to check the availability if you would like to extend your stay. Failure to inform that leads to late checkout will incur full day charges.

  2. Proper swimwear is mandatory while using the pool. Fabrics like cotton, wool etc. damage the filtration system. Spare swimwear is available at the Front Desk at an add-on charge.

  3. The room key is kept by the guest. Any damage and loss will be subject to a fine.

  4. Guests must take good care of their own belongings. The Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.

  5. Please leave your room key at the reception before 2:00 PM if your room needs to be cleaned. Towels are changed every day and linen are changed on every 2nd day of your stay.

  6. All electric appliances like kettle & geyser should be switched off when guests go out.

  7. Payment should be settled upon check-in.



  1. Please don’t use provided towels for removing dirt/sand from the beach prior to washing yourself. Any permanent damage/stains done to linen will incur charges as per the rates provided at reception.

  2. Kettles are only for heating water & not any other liquids (ex. Milk, Maggie, etc.).

  3. Please do not smoke in bed or in any place where smoking presents a fire hazard.

  4. Cooking or any kind of ignition is not allowed in the room.

  5. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

  6. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise to other guests or management.

  7. Inviting strangers into the rooms, to use the facilities/amenities is prohibited. Visitors are not allowed inside the room, guests can use outside sitting area for that.


  • Guests are held responsible for any damage done to the furniture/decoration or other facilities insides the rooms& on the hotel premises.

  • If any abandoned luggage or lost & found items are not claimed by the guest after a maximum storage period of 180 calendar days, the Management has the right to dispose of these items.

  • The Management reserves the right to alter or amend the above regulations without any notice. In case of any query, please contact the Front Desk.


In case of violation of the above regulations or any misconduct as deemed to cause others inconvenience or discomfort, the Management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave. Any advance paid will not be refundable.
